From booking to final collection they were excellent.
Clear communication throughout and helpful when booking. Nice touch was that they remembered us when they came back each year which was really lovely.
Will continue to use and highly recommend them, they are thorough and professional, thank the castles are in excellent condition and they are great value too.

Amazing company. Very quick and helpful with replies & great communication. Very helpful with drop off and delivery, both on time. We have used Jamie’s hire quite a few times for our children’s birthdays and christening. We last used them back in September when our sons birthday had to change due to covid and they were incredibly accommodating with the change of venue and castle.
